More than 25 years in finance and business management. Founder of SIA LAIKA STARS Attīstības Risinājumi. Former head of the Riga Development Committee, Road Management Council; management positions on the management board of the Freeport of Riga, News Media Holding, and Latvian Olympic Committee.

Master’s degree in Economics at the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics of the University of Latvia; Vadims Jerošenko has studied at the CEEPN Transnational Academy of Economics (Slovenia) and Gothenburg University of Economics (Sweden). Business and intangible asset appraisal certificate, Latvian Association of Property Appraisers.

Rolands Vāvulis

More than 25 years in real estate (international transactions in real estate, real estate development and construction). Prior real estate projects in Dubai (UAE), Costa del Sol (Spain), Tenerife (Spain), Helsinki (Finland); founder of Hauss Real Estate (SIA Hauss). Bachelor’s degree at the Business Management Faculty of RISEBA; Rolands Vāvulis has studied Horticultural Science at Ohio State University (Columbus, USA) and has interned at Lake County Nursery, Ohio (USA).
